Only a KT Automotive employee can sign you up with their device at a current customer.

Please note that you will need to provide at time of sign up: Valid Driver’s License, SSN, Email, and Physical Address at the time of sign up.

Banks do not allow for PO Boxes to be used as Physical Address for signup. If you wish to have your mail sent to a PO Box, please note that you may do so once you have signed into your account for the first time.

Programs like the KT Rewards Program are designed to give back, incentivize, and promote positive trends in your business. 

The rewards chosen vary from location-to-location and are dependent upon that location’s management and directives. It is often a combination of loading the rewards card, swag, cookouts, contests, and more.

If your SSN, Address, or DOB are incorrect and need to be updated as directed by the support department on the backend – please email us at rewards@ktautopro.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that we are working with GreenDot Bank and Rapid! Paycard to bring you rewards. 

As such, we are held to the same rules and regulations as the banks and processing times apply. You should anticipate your funds hitting your account by 11:00AM within 48 hours of loading – often, much sooner.

Nope! Your card is, well, your card along with the account that we fund. Please simply let your representative know and they’ll be able to move you locations.

Timeframe is dependent upon your location.

That said, KT Automotive directive to our team is to distribute rewards at participating locations every 4-5 weeks.

This gives participants enough time to accrue meaningful rewards for maximum impact and customer experience. 

Please note that you will typically see your rewards within 48 hours of your confirmation email.

The bank may require that you submit additional information to confirm your identity. When this happens, the teams will attempt to contact you and advise that this information is needed.

From that point, you have 60 days to comply with the information request or the account gets shut down by the bank.

To verify your documentation, you must work with Rapid! PayCard support directly through your app or the website www.rapidfs.com. 

This is not something we can overturn and is a direct dealing with the bank. 

If an account is closed, you may submit written writing to request those funds be dispersed. Please call Rapid! PayCard directly to start this process.
